I am usually brought in when the work is important, the stakeholder landscape is complicated and a strategic decision needs to become something people can actually deliver. I create the overview and governance expected at executive level, but I stay close enough to the work to see where progress is really made — or lost.

My experience spans energy, banking and telecommunications. Assignments have included digital business transformation, DevOps across more than 100 teams, product and operating model development, ServiceNow and monitoring platforms, ITIL implementation, CMDB, process improvement and large organisational change programmes.

I do not have one method that I force onto every problem. I use structure where it creates clarity, Agile ways of working where they improve learning and flow, and direct conversations when that is what moves a decision forward.
