Leading analysis, change design and implementation as part of a Lean-based performance and improvement programme developed with McKinsey.

Transformation Change leadership Performance culture Management coaching

01

The situation

TDC Group launched an enterprise programme to establish a more performance- and improvement-oriented culture. The challenge was not designing a model on paper, but making new management routines and behaviours work across very different operational divisions.

02

The assignment

As Change Manager and Change Director, Simon led streams and programmes in three divisions, from analysis and local change design to implementation and management coaching.

03

What was delivered

  • Led analysis and implementation programmes in three operational divisions.

  • Translated the group concept into practical management routines for each context.

  • Coached management teams in the new setup and processes.

  • Managed stakeholders, communication and organisational adoption.

04

The change

The programme moved the performance model from central ambition into day-to-day leadership. The assignment built early experience in the kind of transformation work that still defines Resulto: adapting a shared direction to operational reality and staying involved until the new practice takes hold.
